1. What is the delivery time?
It’s around 30-70 days after order confirmation, it depends on the time on approval, normally 35days around after PP samples approved.

2. Where is your departure port?
Mainly from Shanghai by sea or air, as our factory is located in Jiangsu. Also we deliver goods from Qingdao, Lianyungang, Ningbo or other port if necessary.

3. What is the MOQ？
Normally the moq.is 500pcs-1500pcs/color per style depends on different material.

4. What is your terms of payment?
Normally, we accept 30% deposit and 70% against copy of B/L, or L/C at sight, and we negotiate it base on different order volume

5. Can we order the items by the style which are not showing on your official web site?
Although we update the website frequently, the information of the products keep changing. Off course you can book the goods by your design or reference style. Please inform us your exact requirements.

6. Which certification do you have for fabric?
OEKO-TEX 100, REACH, ENISO20471, EN343, Global Recycled Standard or other special industry certification.

7. What about the order procedure?
A. Pls visit our web site to choose the items, then contact with us by Email, or inform us your exact requirements to develop the samples for approval, such as the products name, TP, fabric quality, Quantity, Size for samples
B. Confirm the quality of fabric, all trims, workmanship and so on, then make quotation for your approval.
C. sign the contract, then we book all materials for bulk production
D. Negotiate the comments and details, to improve the workmanship or material, and discuss the details for packing/delivery
E. We sent you the pp samples for final approval before cutting the fabric for bulk production
F. Start the bulk production and supply shipping samples for final approval before shipment
G. Booking shipping space and get the shipping docs for payment.
H. Sent you all original docs or do telex release after getting your full payment
I. You get your satisfactory products.

8. Which brand zipper do you use?
Zipper is one of the most important accessories for garments. The quality of zipper affects the life span of clothing. We should choose zippers in different types and brands base on clients requirement, or different purpose to sure the quality
For example, we suggest to use waterproof zipper for rainwear, outdoor functional clothing, or workwear which may be used in bad weather. So the jacket or pants will be totally waterproof. But if the zipper will be covered by flap, then no need waterproof zipper. As for waterproof zipper, we suggest TPU material, which is more durable and can afford more lower temperature in winter. For other clothing without waterproof request, we can use nylon, plastic or metal zipper depends on client’s requirements.
Of course, we will also consider the cost. For high end workwear and outdoor wear, clients may nominate YKK brand, which we can get the YKK hangtag to increasing the commercial value. If no request from client, to ensure the quality, we will use SAB, SBS, YCC or other reliable brand zipper. For other more considerations about zipper, please contact us. Thank you!

9. How do you control the quality?
A. We only choose branded fabric and accessories suppliers.
B. Fabric and accessories are all according to OEKO-TEX 100, or requested test standard.
C. Standard factory with BSCI audit and others.
D. Strict test for fabric and ready made garment sample before production. Random test during production process.
E. Quality inspection by professional QC team during whole production process.
F. Fitting samples, PP samples, shipment samples for clients’ confirmation.

10. How about the shipping? And how long it will take?
We can deliver goods by sea, by air, by train or by express as customer request. Sea shipment is the most common and economic way for bulk goods. It will take around 30-45 days to American or European basic ports. Air shipment is very expensive but fast which will take 3-7 days. Train shipment is a flexible choice for 22 destination countries including Russia, Poland, Germany, France, Spain etc. Train shipment to Europe is around 15 days and cost is between sea shipment and air shipment. Express is most fast and convenient way, if goods is small volume. So we can choose the most suitable shipping way according to delivery time, goods volume and budget ect.

11. How do you deal with customer’s complaint?
Totally Runrock takes extreme care and strict QC standard in ensuring our goods are of the stable high quality. However, if for any reason you find a defect or fault with our products, please don’t hesitate to contact our salesman with the data and photos to show the defect goods. We will check it out clearly, and give you reasonable compensation, repair or remake the defect goods in fast way.
